The Landings at Port Imperial Apartments

I’ve lived here for the past 3 years- I must also add that This is my second time around. Not only is the location a commuter’s dream- the staff is beyond remarkable. Noor who works tirelessly ( never seem to have a day off) is always helpful, pleasant and efficient. This lady is a delight to work with and is a true professional. The maintenance team is super responsive. My personal fave is Louis- always a smile.. never says no, if he doesn’t have the answer, his response is always “let me find out for you” whether hr is engaging you in a conversation or just walking by- his smile and sense of calm always proceed him. Overall the entire team is amazing.. thank you for making living here such a pleasant experience.

I am currently a tenant at this apartment complex for almost 18 months now and I am truly impressed by how the property is maintained.From the hallways,to the gym ,courtyards and all public areas are kept extremely clean. The response of management to housekeeping and maintenance issues are prompt and well done. My interaction with the staff ,especially Noor the office manager has been and continues to be a truly uplifting and encouraging one. She is kind,helpful,patient and a very good listener.

We have been in the landings for 2 years and we have loved our stay here so far. Spacious and beautiful views. Building management is very responsive and Nour has nothing been short of amazing making sure we never had any discomfort. She always is ready to assist and offers any sort of help we need. Our handyman George, is a such a pleasant person anytime we have a need.

The management and maintenance team at the apartment complex is exceptional. They are reliable, effective, and always willing to help with any problems or questions. The location of the complex is perfect, with easy access to amenities and transportation. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking, offering stunning vistas that never fail to impress. Overall, the management team, especially Nour, combined with the ideal location and amazing view, make living in this apartment complex a truly delightful experience.

A great first impression! Upon meeting Nour one of the members of the leasing team I was treated with respect and was given all ears! Not only was the view amazing but the service was very efficient. She made the process very calming and helped tremendously to ensure my comfort with the apartment! She was direct and was very honest. I recommend anyone who is planning on staying here to meet Nour, she will definitely make your day!

Imp review read the full review: Landings is a well maintained building with very spacious apartments layouts most apartments have balconies. It was a blessing in pandemic as it wasn’t a high rise. the last 2 leasing managers we dealt with the nicest Lisa was my fav replaced by chantera who did a phenomenal job with package rooms, clearing unwanted trees 🌳 and building the new party/common room. some really crazy neighbors gave her a lot of stress for chopping trees which was unnecessary.(they need a reminder it’s a rental building !!) 4 stars because of problem that I noticed with overall quality of neighbors (not all are great) that they have in the building facing river road building 1 which has a very bad rep for rude, smoking pot/cigarette and loud neighbors.. i did not like building 1 at all despite cheap rent and I lived in building 6. Building 6 had very good crowd as it has city views and higher rents.. but there are bad apples everywhere so had a v rude opposite door neighbor who went out for dinner with us despite being Covid positive 🤯. Kevin and the maintenance team is fantastic, he has been helping with our requests for quiet sometime and he is one of the kindest people I have met. Very very pet friendly!
